Have you ever try eyeliner opener? If yes, how does it benefit your look and any cheap pencils from Rimmel?

I watched this panaceo video and she tried on this (new for me) eyeliner opener that she said just opened her eyes. I have naturally brown eyes and using this opener will increase and make my eyes maybe look sexier and sophisticated. Any thoughts?Have you ever try eyeliner opener? I've Never Heard Of An Eyeliner Opener, But Maybe You Mean That Using Eyeliner Can Open The Eye Up And Make Them Appear Larger.


You Can Do This By Applying Eyeliner Above The Lash line And Also What I like To Do Is Apply It Underneath The Top Lashes, That Really Opens The Eye Up. =]Have you ever try eyeliner opener? If yes, how does it benefit your look and any cheap pencils from Rimmel?

LOL. I think Liquid eyeliner is what you're talking about, and I think compared to pencil eyeliner it looks great. With pencil eyeliners you can smudge it may look great but it won't last long. Both have the plus points.
