technically, it is 'safe'
but i have sensitive eyes too and i used rimmel and the pencil was so hard- it hurt my eyes when i put it on because you had to go over it 2 times to get it to show up.
i wouldn't buy rimmel eyeliner agian. right now i use stila and urban decay and would highly recommend them. the color pay off is much better and you don't have to go over it to make the color go on the waterlineIs Rimmel London Soft Kohl Kajal Eye Pencil safe for the water line?
i have that i think and i like it but i prefer the crayon-ish kind like not liquid but its like a pencil and you twist the bottom to maker it come up. its in a green tube and says define-a-line so try that good luck
i think its for use around the eye or the water line, i have quite sensitive eyes and i use it on the water line, ive never had any problems with it.
its supposed to be, but i wouldnt reccomend it. its good on the top line, but on the waterline, you have to keep going over it.
